Phone ordered 14 November. Called over 100 times and phone was picked up 3 times. Over 20 emails sent. No tangible feedback was received. I was promised a refund if the device was not delivered in a week and here we are. On the 23rd of November I was given a fake tracking number that showed that the device was delivered to their offices. 6 December the order status was changed to shipped but no one could provide a tracking number. 12 December I booked a flight to their offices in JHB, met them and was given false promises. 13 December booked a flight back. Was given another tracking number of a parcel that stood over a week in Hong Kong, China without moving. Bit the bullet and bought another phone, from iStore this time, since I wanted to surprise my partner. 29 December to my surprise courier guy delivers phone. sold the device at a 4K loss since I had no use for it.

2 Things they don't tell you:
1: The phone is purchased from China, expect the wait
2: The phone version is A3108 which is meant for the Chinese market, not A3106 as sold in South Africa. This might not be of any significance to most but it doesn't support eSim.

I won't tell you whether to buy or not, the choise is entirely yours. I am just detailing my experience in an objective manner. I am personally going to delete my account and use this experience as an expensive lesson. All the best.

The phone is amazing, buy if you willing to waiting, that price yes you save but have to wait for weeks, I suggest you try other stores if you want it now. My frustration is that I paid R200 for express delivery and my order was delivered in 3 weeks.

They actually buy this product for you overseas or the seller is overseas, I called them to find out if this was a real deal. The process took 2 weeks for me and quick custom clearance impressed me I did not have to pay for it.
